Firebird Investment Group LLC is a private equity real estate investment company specializing in acquiring below-market real estate assets for long-term holds and sales for short-term profits. Firebird was founded in 2011 to leverage its management’s operational experience, technology, personal capital, and network of investors to locate, purchase, and manage assets. These operations are part of Firebird’s value-added investment strategy of working with and for many of the largest investment groups in the region and nationally.

Our management has been involved in managing acquisitions, rehabilitating properties, marketability, and reselling of over 180 properties with values in excess of $80M, per-deal returns averaging over 12%, and annualized returns in excess of 30%.
